Shipping Policy
We ship to every governorate in Egypt, and we try to get your order to you as quickly as we can.
Delivery times

| Cairo, Giza, Alexandria | 1 to 2 business days |
| All other governorates | Up to 3 business days |
Orders placed after 6pm, on Fridays or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Inspection on receipt
You may open and inspect the parcel before you pay. Check the fabric, the colour and the size while the courier is with you.
If the order isn't right for you
You may refuse the order at the door. In that case you only pay the shipping fee — nothing else. No questions, no argument.
Payment
- Cash on delivery — pay the courier when the parcel arrives
- Online payment — secure card payment at checkout
Shipping fees
The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your governorate, and is shown to you clearly before you confirm the order.
Tracking
We send you the tracking number within 24 hours of your order. If it hasn't arrived, message us on WhatsApp and we'll follow it up ourselves.
